DELIVERY
Yes, we deliver within 35 miles. $35 Flat rate. Must request delivery at least one day in advance.
How long does the shipping process take? 24/48 hours via FedEx. Tracking info will be provided through e-mail.
Same day rush orders must be submitted and received by 1:00pm the day of print or will be shipped via FedEx. All Rush deliveries are double the original price.
Shipping costs are a flat rate $10.00 per standard package. 24/48 hours for delivery anywhere in the United States.
We will ship internationally, however clients are responsible for the additional charges.
RETURN POLICY
All products are inspected before shipping. In the result of imperfections or quality issues. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery or pick-up. All flaws or imperfections should be photographed and sent to brilliantbanners1@gmail.com for review. New merchandise will be redesigned and or printed. For orders with outsourced artwork please ensure that graphics are designed properly and print ready. All designs should be designed in high resolution 300 DPI or higher and formatted to a JPEG or PDF file for printing perfection. Please proofread and confirm to print all orders. We are not responsible for overlooked grammatical errors or low quality resolution due artwork provided by, outsourced graphic designers.
